In this review, you will be asked to rate your boss in a number of different areas relating to his or her management style, and answer a few open-ended questions.  

The review will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Once the review is complete, your manager will be sent a link to view your responses. Note that he or she will NOT be able to identify you, since your responses will remain completely ANONYMOUS.  

After viewing your responses, your boss will be encouraged to obtain more representative feedback by opening up the manager review to ALL of his or her other employees. We charge $220 to facilitate this ... and we pay $50 of this over to you as a commission reward!
